(although once the front desk accidentally gave the same room key to the guests that checked in 15 min after I did.and they walked into my room! Scared the snot out of me!! Beautiful-the furnishings are very nice, and recently updated.

Pros: Safety, I feel the safest in the hotel because the elevators have security nearby.

I stay at The Horseshoe 4-5 times a year.
